| SPECIFICATION: Recommendations from
various sign contractors offer many solutions for affixing/adhering selected sign faces to
frames, including Sikaflex 252, 3M brand VHB tapes – both using the recommended
procedures for the respective companies. We have used and tested Fullers Maxbond or
Fulaprene 303 and we suggest obtaining their technical bulletins and pre test. |

| STEP 1: |
Assembled frame is clean and free of grease
and positioned on a bench |
| STEP 2: |
Apply sufficient amount of selected adhesive
to the recessed fin (see 4409CC
No.2) |
| STEP 3: |
Align pre cut face sheet and place in
position, use roller or pressure to spread adhesive correctly. Place masking tape on sign
face and around sign frame. Hold while glue sets. |
| STEP 4: |
Repeat for other side and allow to dry |
APPLICATIONS: Gluing provides fixing
free sign faces, which ensure clean uninterrupted sign lines.
