DESCRIPTION: The infill/frame section of the Sign One system is a sign section which gives the users several applications in both the 80mm ( 3 1/4") round and 100mm ( 4") square post sections and individually, as sign framing.

CONSTRUCTION: Extruded aluminium in 6060 T5 grade aluminium features a "U" design profile. All Sign One posts, frames and infills are manufactured from extruded aluminium which is an alloy commonly used for architectural application. This alloy has good structural strength and corrosion resistance. The structural system of Sign One is manufactured from anodised and powder coated aluminium, this gives the system good resistance to corrosion and offers long term resistance to most chemicals in the environment.

SPECIFICATION: Available in 6 ( 20' ) metre lengths with each length weighing approximately 3 kgs ( 6 1/2 lbs).

1. Screw flute for assembly of frames 2. Recessed fin with 1mm ( 1/8") set back to receive sign face and adhesive 3. Groove for sliding into both 80mm ( 3 1/4") round and 100mm ( 4") square posts both internally and externally 4. Frame face showing Vee groove, which locates the screw flute for concise and efficient assembly.

APPLICATIONS: Frame assembles to become the framing system for hurdle/nameplate and directional signs and can be used alone or as a projecting sign or simple or elegant sign frame for wall mounting, hanging signs.
