ITEM: MAKING A SIGN ONE FRAME

DESCRIPTION: For a variety of sign applications making a Sign One frame is a requirement

CONSTRUCTION: Using Sign One P1484R infill/frame and your choice of sign face substrate (see 4409EE)

SPECIFICATION:
STEP 1: A – cut frame to required length and mitre corners
STEP 2: B – using the vee groove in the back of the frame as centre, drill hole to align with screw flute and using a metal thread 8 gauge screw, then assemble the sign frame.
STEP 3: C – measure length and width of sign frame
STEP 4: D – run a bead of suitable premium glue along recessed fin (4409CC No. 2) ( tape can be substituted )
STEP 5: E – carefully place sign face to recessed fin and press down firmly (roller with pressure if required) wipe off excess glue if required. Also see 4409RRR for glue specification: "Glue Fixing Signs".

APPLICATIONS: Sign panels are the main application for this method.
