ITEM: MAKING WALL MOUNTED DIRECTORIES

DESCRIPTION: Sign One infill/frames can be manufactured and assembled into a 900 right angle aluminium extrusion to form an attractive large scale directory.

CONSTRUCTION: Uses Sign One frame P1484R and 900 aluminium angle

SPECIFICATION:
STEP 1:

A – make up Sign One frame to desired length and width (see 4409TTT)

STEP 2: B – establish quantity of sign frames (panels) to calculate the total length and width of the frame and cut frames with mitres to bottom corners and weld corner (if so desired).
STEP 3: C – an optional reverse 900 angle can be used if this is your required finished look
STEP 4: D - drill fixing holes into 900 angle frame and fix frame to wall at required height.
STEP 5: E – place sign frames into 900 angle frame and mechanically fix
STEP 6: F – for a variation to the finished look, a 900 angle can be reversed and mechanically fixed into position (optional C)
STEP 7: G – BiFix caps or equipment can be used to disguise the fixings. ( BiFix caps are small push in caps to hide the screw heads )

APPLICATIONS: Wall mounted directories are the main usage for this method.
