DESCRIPTION: Aluminium flat caps and baseplate covers have been designed for the user to purchase from your Sign One distributor, or profile cut to shape.

CONSTRUCTION: Flat caps are cut from flat sheet aluminium 5005 grade 3mm ( 1/8") thick, this thickness will minimise the attack from vandals whereas the baseplate covers can be cut from flat sheet aluminium 5005 grade 1.5mm ( 1/8") thick. Due to the recess in the baseplate, the edge of the baseplate cover is hidden from vandal attack.

SPECIFICATION: Any computer controlled router/engraving system, which can profile cut aluminium, will easily provide you a saving! Why not use your machine downtime and aluminium off cuts to turn a profit. May we suggest to buy a couple of each and scan or digitise into your system.
