PROJECTING/FLAG MOUNTS DESCRIPTION:
Choices in projecting and flag mounts are also covered in 4409III,
4409KKK the Sign One
system allows a wide variety of applications.
CONSTRUCTION: All options use Sign One
components and/or standard aluminium extrusion.
SPECIFICATION: |
STEP 1: |
A - select length of sign post and cut to
length |
STEP 2: |
B - post infill section P1484R (see
4409CC) is
cut to length after calculating length required to close off post, and insert into post |
STEP 3: |
C - make up Sign One frame into sign size
required (see 4409EE) and insert into post. |
STEP 4: |
D - projecting signs expose the fixings on end
of signs, Your options are D - countersunk screws finished to suit colour of sign frame
D1 - cap off with BiFix caps
D1 - use fixings to end frame on top and bottom of horizontal frame, will in most cases
hide fixings. The fixing can then be finished with same colour as frame or capped off. |
STEP 5: |
E - cap off with your choice of our wide range
of plain and decorative caps. |
STEP 6: |
F - installation of flag mount and projecting
signs should be done after consulting:- |
