ITEM: MAKING BRACKETS TO SUIT HANGING BANNERS AND
FABRIC SUBSTRATES DESCRIPTION: This
bracketing method can be used for both Sign One 80mm( 3 1/4") round and 100mm
( 4") square posts.
CONSTRUCTION: Brackets indicated as
A and B are recommended to be manufactured from aluminium of a suitable size and temper,
to hold stresses relevant to wind loads of finished sign. Check with engineer to
suitability.

STEP 4: |
D slide hemmed rope inside rope track
Capral No. E00229MF605600 (approximately 8mm ( 1/2") diameter) |
STEP 5: |
E slot infill section P1484R with
circular saw or router to required dimension to allow bracket to slide inside, and slide
into post, if you require the post to be closed off |
STEP 6: |
F slide bracket with banner into post
(with infill if required) |
STEP 7: |
G cap off with suitable cap and
mechanical fixing. See caps 4409FF,

4409JJ |
STEP 8: |
H - Assemble post, infill and banner to base
plate and cover as described in 4409WWW |
Engineers Specifications should be sought to ensure size/suitability of system by
user prior to use.
APPLICATIONS: Hanging promotional
banners, point of sale displays, festive occasion banners and flags can be used on both
top hanger and bottom installations. |
